"For years, I did not leave reviews. I simply use a business again if they do a great job, or don’t patron that business again if they do not. However, as a business owner myself, I ask others for reviews, and I know how important they can be. I will always refrain from saying anything negative, as I know, there are many aspects of business that are hard for owners to control, particularly with employees at times. Frankly, sometimes people just have a bad day or missed something of which is forgivable to me. Regardless, when somebody does a great job or deliberately, and blatantly is lazy and doesn’t provide any decent standard of customer service, I will leave a review. Mike did a fantastic job, was extremely efficient, made my encounter with his service very simple and I would recommend him to anybody for any project that fit his services. Thanks again, Mike, keep it up!"
